Is chilling out something we have to wait for – a quiet time, a holiday, or just when things are settled down – or can we do it now? What does it mean to be chilled in the middle of stress? Do we have to insulate ourselves from shock, or can we choose to learn from the stresses of life?
I’m re-posting a podcast series I made in 2008 about making that choice to learn from life. It’s based on “The Circle” in Mike Breen’s LifeShapes, a model for learning through experience while connecting with other people, and it’s something I live every day with the people around me.
